General
I reserve the right to use, share, publish, stream and record commission processes on my social media unless discussed otherwise. I reserve the right to decline any commission work should I deem it not be completed. Commissions are done in order (FIRST COME FIRST SERVE), if paid after many people, it’ll take a certain time. I retain copyright of commissioned artwork unless discussed prior.Payments and Refunds
Once the sketch has started, I do not accept a refund. I reserve the right to cancel your commission. I do not accept descriptions. Any inquiries sent without clear photos are likely to be turned away.Revisions
All my services consist of 3 revisions max, which will all be used during the discussed work is in charge, one during sketch, after line art and flat and lastly the render to make sure.
Any edits or additions you’d like added after completion may require a fee. The fee may go up to 10$. Emotes do not guarantee an approval on streaming websites. If your emote is reported or denied, I will not revise your emote for free.Deadlines and Delivery
Commissions by default have no immediate deadline unless this is something we have discussed before payment. Estimated around 1-4 weeks.Permissions and Copyright
If you, the client, have not purchased a separate commercial fee, I own all the rights to your commission. The commercial fee comes to 5-10$ (merch, ads, prints.)
This means you are not allowed to use your commission for profitable merchandise, unless stated. You are allowed to have your emotes
